Maintenance Manager

We are 2,800 people working within 8 bakeries, 1 flour mill, and 2 regional distribution centres across the UK. What's it all about?

As our next Maintenance Manager, you will lead the team of maintenance engineers. Your remit will be the link between the engineers and senior management team.

Working with a team of engineers, you will oversee maintenance operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring production downtime and plant reliability are managed effectively.

In this role, you will make safe and informed decisions where you will be given the responsibility to deliver results within the maintenance strategy.

As a Maintenance Manager, you are confident and assertive, you will the decision maker in a large number of maintenance activities. Your remit would be the connection between the engineers, operations and senior management team.

The Key Requirements...

• Qualified to at least level 3 within electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience managing multi disciplined engineering teams and performance KPIs
• Experience working as a maintenance manager within an FMCG environment
