Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

OUR CLIENT is a leading UK distributor of floorcoverings and matting , supplying products to independent retailers and contractors nationwide. Operating from a modern distribution network, they play a key role in delivering flooring solutions across the UK.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative / FLT Reach Driver to join their busy site in B37 .

This role is a 50/50 split between FLT work and general warehouse duties . Candidates must have previous FLT experience.

⚠️ This is a physically demanding role , suited to candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties include:

• Operating Reach FLT
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely
• Order picking and general warehouse duties
• Manual handling of flooring products
• Maintaining health & safety standards

Shifts Available (Fixed):

• 14:00 - 22:00
• 20:00- 05:30

Pay Rate:

• £13.50 per hour
