Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in Swansea, is seeking a skilled and professional Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. The successful Parts Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the dealership's growth.

- Identify customer parts requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
- Pick and dispatch parts promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional manner
- Meet sales targets and contribute to parts department growth
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Utilise dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues effectively
- Assist and support the Parts Manager and team in daily operations Requirements of a Parts Advisor: - Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a motor dealership or motor factor environment
- Knowledge of retail and trade parts sales processes
- Strong IT literacy, particularly with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour
- Ability to work accurately in a busy, targets-driven environment
