Danaher seeks a Senior Business Analyst to establish value measurement frameworks for enterprise AI initiatives. The role involves defining KPIs, quantifying business outcomes, building executive dashboards, and tracking realized benefits across the organization's AI portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement value measurement frameworks capturing productivity, revenue, quality, and cost metrics
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify baseline metrics and quantify realized outcomes
- Design and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI for AI portfolio visibility
- Analyze enterprise datasets to generate actionable insights for business and technology leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
- Seven-plus years in data analytics, business intelligence, value realization, or program analytics
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python, and Azure Data Platform
- Experience defining KPIs and performance measurement frameworks for digital or transformation initiatives
- Ability to analyze large complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems
