Yard Operative / Handyperson

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative / Handyperson for our National hire client in Devizes, SN10.

• Temporary to Permanent 
• Mon-Fri 0800-1630, early finish on Friday
• OT occasional available, paid at enhanced rate
• £13.00 ph DOE
• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL

About the Yard Operative / Handyperson Job

• Make temporary accommodation units as per client spec
• Build, install and maintain temporary accommodation cabins
• Perform basic carpentry, plumping and electrical tasks

As a Yard Operative / Handyperson , you will need the following skills and/or experience:

• Previous experience within a workshop or yard operative
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to undertake basic handyperson duties (hang doors, replace plasterboards, fix urinals)
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions with a can do attitude
