Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operative to work in the Ruabon area
Job Details:
* Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm / 2 pm - 10 pm
* AM/PM: £13.95 per hour (Rising to £14.85 per hour after 12 weeks)
* Duration: Temporary ongoing with a possibility of a permanent contract
* Benefits: Weekly pay, rotating shifts, opportunity for long-term work
* You may be required to work on a Day shift for the first 1-2 weeks whilst training (£12.80 per hour) Job Role: As a Production Operative , you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, carrying out a variety of tasks including operating machinery, cleaning work areas, stacking products, grinding, and coating components. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to maintain consistent quality standards, and a proactive approach to health and safety. You will also need to work effectively as part of a team to ensure production targets and deadlines are met. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: * Previous fast-paced production experience
* Ability to work efficiently within a target-driven environment
