The Sole Supplier is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to take ownership of end-to-end content productions across our brand partnerships and wider creative output. Reporting to our Creative Lead and CMO, you'll bring strong agency or production-house experience into our in-house creative team, leading projects from brief and creative development through to shoot, post-production and final delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn ambitious creative ideas into well-executed productions. You'll manage budgets, talent, locations, crews, clients and timelines while ensuring every project stays creatively strong, on brief, on budget and on time. You'll work across a varied mix of social-first campaigns, branded content, product launches, talent-led shoots and original creative projects, working with leading brands across sneakers, fashion and street culture. This role is offered on an initial nine-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent. What You'll Do
- Own productions from brief through pre-production, shoot, post-production and final delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative and Partnerships to turn briefs into strong creative treatments and executable production plans.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, logistics and resources across multiple projects.
- Source and manage locations, talent, agents, external crews, freelancers and suppliers, including negotiating rates and fees.
- Act as a trusted client contact throughout production, managing expectations, approvals, feedback and any changes to scope.
- Lead shoot days, coordinating talent, clients and crews while ensuring required content is captured on schedule.
- Oversee call sheets, shot lists and key production documentation ahead of shoots.
- Manage post-production timelines, edit feedback, client sign-off and final delivery.
- Work with our Social team to plan the rollout of finished content across the right channels.
- Bring your production experience into the team to help strengthen our processes, workflows and network of production partners.
- Significant experience as a Creative Producer, Content Producer or similar.
- Experience working within a creative agency or production house is essential.
- A proven track record of independently managing end-to-end video, photography and social-first productions.
- Strong production and project management skills, including managing multiple timelines and budgets.
- Strong client-facing experience and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Experience sourcing and managing talent, agents, locations, crews and external suppliers.
- An established network of trusted creative and production freelancers and suppliers.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance creative ambition with budgets, timelines and client requirements.
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
