An expanding cleaning company is seeking reliable Property Reset Cleaners for end-of-tenancy and move-out cleaning work.
The role involves restoring rental properties to a clean, high-standard condition before new tenants move in.
Responsibilities:
Deep cleaning empty rental properties
Cleaning kitchens, ovens, bathrooms, and living areas
Treating mould, limescale, and heavy dirt build-up
Cleaning floors, windows, doors, and surfaces
Preparing homes for inspections and handovers
Work Schedule
Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours
Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities
Jobs are offered as they become available in your area
Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours
Pay & Benefits
£15 per hour
£18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies
Paid travel time where applicable
Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)
At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience
Comfortable working alone when required
Own vehicle and cleaning equipment & supplies essential
High attention to detail
Good spoken English
