Supervising Social Worker
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £39,000 + £3,400 car allowance
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid / predominantly home based
NonStop Consulting is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the West Midlands area, to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They offer flexibility with home working, allowing you to have a good work – life balance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 10 – 13 fostering families.
- Provide ongoing supervision, support and guidance to foster carers.
