We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

What will you be doing?

This role will shape a positive, safe culture—reducing harm, improving health, and promoting safe driving. You’ll guide teams to work smarter and safer, solve issues, and drive long-term improvements with a right-first-time attitude.

Championing environmental care, you’ll help cut carbon, boost performance, and raise operational standards. You’ll manage risk, introduce effective controls, and ensure high standards in all work—especially in sensitive areas near homes and businesses.

We’re seeking someone with a NEBOSH qualification and experience in telecoms or utilities, ready to lead the way in safety, quality, and environmental improvement.

What you’ll bring;

You’ll bring solid health, safety, environment, and quality expertise, with several years’ experience in telecoms or utilities. Skilled in managing risk and driving safe practices, you enjoy working alongside teams, guiding them to improve how they operate.

A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate is essential, as is Certified IOSH Membership (or working towards it). Progression towards Chartered IOSH or equivalent professional status is welcomed.

With at least seven years’ post-qualification experience, you’ve built practical knowledge and know how to support others to follow best practice—helping everyone work safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
