A well-established and highly regarded Worcestershire law firm is seeking an experienced Head of Private Client to lead its successful and well-supported Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to take ownership of a thriving department while enjoying a genuine work-life balance. You will oversee and further develop an established Private Client department, dealing with a broad range of matters including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Inheritance Tax planning
• High-value and complex estates
• Lifetime wealth preservation and succession planning This is a leadership role, and the successful candidate will play a key part in the future direction of the department and wider firm. Support Available

• Strong support and guidance from experienced partners
• An experienced Private Client assistant
• A dedicated secretary who manages LPAs and related matters
• Modern case management systems (LEAP)
