KS1 Teacher - Great Primary School in West Berkshire

Responsibilities of the KS1 Teacher:

• As a KS1 Teacher , you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of your class, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Teaching the Key Stage 1 curriculum, with a focus on each child’s individual learning goals, building on their strengths, and supporting their growth areas.
• Developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills through well-structured, differentiated lessons as a KS1 Teacher .
• Fostering social and emotional development, building confidence, teamwork, and a love of learning in your KS1 classroom.
• Monitoring pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining communication with parents regarding their child’s progress as a KS1 Teacher .
