What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support across a portfolio of client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the processing of renewals, quotations and new business requests.
- Prepare client documentation, correspondence and reports.
- Support reporting, reconciliations and general administrative activities.
- Ensure client due diligence and regulatory requirements are maintained.
- Contribute to operational projects and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with a range of internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in administration, client services or a customer-focused role, ideally within a regulated or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
