le:Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will involve managing paperwork, warehouse deliveries and shipment arrangements, ensuring work is carried out strictly according to Good Distribution Practi
ce.

- ude:Arranging inbound shipments for supplier and warehouse requireme
- nts.Generation of documentation and management of inbound activit
- ies.Working to warehouse SOPs to schedule, arrange and manage inbound and outbound shipme
- nts.Ensuring effective stock inventory managem
- ent.Monitoring shipments and escalating delays as requi
- red.Supporting with QA, DSCSA and FMD activit
ies.
Your Backgr
ound:The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experi
- ence:1-2 years' prior experience within the healthcare/pharmaceutical logistics sector, with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) expo
- sure.Commercial awareness is requ
- ired.Excellent and clear communication skills at all seniority le
- vels.Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising within a fast-moving environ
