Promote patient involvement in care planning, delivery, and evaluation
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies

Act as a mentor and supervisor for staff and students within the care setting
Coordinate team communication and address any work-related issues
Model professional values and high standards of practice for junior staff
Manage shift planning and ensure practice aligns with organizational policies Key criteria: Registered with the NMC and evidence of continuous professional development
Proven leadership skills and excellent clinical expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire others
