We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate/Legal Director to join a large, established regional Land & Real Estate team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high–value, complex and interesting property matters, while also having the autonomy to manage your own caseload and build strong, long–term client relationships.
You'll play a key role within the team, with exposure to major projects, client pitches and business development opportunities. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, helping shape the wider team while continuing to develop your own career.

About you
You'll be an experienced 8+ PQE Land & Real Estate lawyer with strong technical expertise, excellent commercial judgement and a proven ability to manage complex matters independently.
You'll be ambitious, client–focused and keen to take on greater responsibility. Experience in developing client relationships, business development and mentoring more junior lawyers would be highly valued.
