Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager who is passionate about property, enjoys winning new business, and is looking to play a key role in the growth and success of a new branch.

The Opportunity

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be involved in every aspect of the residential sales process, while also supporting the day-to-day running of the office alongside senior management.

As one of the first members of the team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the culture, build local market share, and establish lasting relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering buyers and matching applicants to suitable properties
• Conducting high-quality property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Supporting the day-to-day management of the office
• Assisting with mentoring and motivating the team
• Identifying new business opportunities and helping to grow market share

About You

• Previous residential estate agency experience is essential
• A proven track record in property sales and winning instructions
• Confident, professional and commercially driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Reapit experience would be advantageous)
• NAEA qualified would be beneficial, although not essential
