Temporary Administrator – 6 Month Contract
Newport, Isle of Wight
£13 per hour
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Pertemps Isle of Wight is recruiting on behalf of our client in Newport for an experienced Temporary Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract .

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident administrator who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team

• Managing emails, documents, and records accurately

• Data entry and maintaining office systems

• Preparing correspondence and reports

• Supporting internal teams with general administration

• Assisting with a range of ad hoc administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Stakeholder management experience is desirable but not essential

• Must be available to start immediately
