Whether you're assisting with set dressing, tackling a DIY repair, or coordinating with production buyers, no two days here are ever the same. You'll be a vital problem-solver, working collaboratively across teams to ensure our productions run efficiently and sustainably. Skills you'll need (minimum criteria) Good administrative and record-keeping skills, with an understanding of the inventory process of goods in and out within a prop store This role will involve carrying, manoeuvring and organising heavy props and furniture on a daily basis. You must have the knowledge and experience of how to lift and carry safely. Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to set design and prop storage environments. The ability to work both independently unsupervised and as part of a team A willingness to learn and progress within the Props Department, and a passion for the job and all that it entails with positivity and enthusiasm Full Clean driving licence (or equivalent arrangements as part of a reasonable adjustment where a disability has been disclosed) Other things we're looking for (key criteria) Strong practical abilities and competent in basic DIY & use of tools Possess strong organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with Prop Buyers, the Design team, and wider production staff. Resourceful problem-solving skills with the initiative to handle challenges creatively and independently Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
