Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
Hybrid working arrangement:
- Flexible working from home on Mondays and Fridays
- Office-based Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Our client is a London-based destination services company, with offices in the heart of Belgravia. They provide relocation support to major organisations moving employees to the UK. Our services include:
- Area familiarisation
- Education consulting
- Home-finding support
- Tenancy management
- Departure services
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver relocation services
- Serve as the first operational point of contact for clients via phone calls and in-person meetings
- Negotiate the best offers on behalf of clients
- Review tenancy agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR counterparts
- Stay up to date with legal requirements relating to property and tenancies
- Support ad hoc office and client-related projects as required
Essential Criteria
- Good practical knowledge of London property market.
- Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to meet client needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Clear thinker and problem solver, able to plan ahead while adapting to last-minute changes
- Customer-focused mindset
Desirable Criteria
- Exposure to London’s property market
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Strong consultative listening skills
Remuneration & Benefits
