Able Carers is a trusted home care provider based in North Yorkshire, and we’re looking for friendly, compassionate people to join our Selby team. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to care, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support clients with a range of daily tasks, such as:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Administering medication
- Light domestic duties
- Shopping and errands
- Social visits and companionship
Shift Patterns
- 7am–2pm and 3pm–10pm
- Optional 12‑hour long days
- Every other weekend
What We’re Looking For
- No previous care experience required
- A caring, reliable and positive attitude
- A car (or bike) is essential for travel between clients in Selby
- A car is required for training, which takes place in York
