Responsibilities: Supporting children's learning through play-based activities.Promoting children's social, emotional, and physical development.Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times.Assisting with observations, planning, and assessments where required.Creating an engaging and inclusive environment for all children. Requirements: A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.Good understanding of the EYFS framework.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A caring, positive, and proactive approach.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
