EYFS Teacher | Cambridgeshire | Independent School
Are you an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher seeking an inspiring role in an independent school setting from January 2026? This Cambridgeshire independent school is looking for a highly motivated EYFS Teacher to join its early years team, delivering a creative and play-based curriculum that supports children’s learning and development.
The successful EYFS Teacher will be responsible for planning and teaching engaging lessons, fostering curiosity, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. As an EYFS Teacher, you will create a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to explore, experiment, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality EYFS curriculum to meet the needs of all pupils
- Encourage positive behaviour and support children’s personal development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to continuous school improvement and participate in whole-school activities
- Maintain detailed records of pupil progress and development
Requirements:
- Qualified EYFS Teacher with experience teaching Early Years
- Passion for independent school education and holistic child development
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences
