As a People Manager, you will provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR support across a portfolio of office locations, working closely with leaders and employees to drive positive people outcomes.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a broad range of employee relations cases, including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
- Providing generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Coaching and developing a junior member of the People team.
- Supporting organisational and people-related projects.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Promoting best practice and ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently.
- Analysing trends and identifying opportunities to improve employee experience and people processes.
- Supporting business growth by partnering with operational leaders on workforce and people matters.
- This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel between offices in Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Leicester, with occasional travel to Birmingham as required. Travel expenses are fully covered in line with company policy.
