If you’re studying Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, Sports or a related field, or you simply have a genuine passion for working with children, your skills are more valuable than you might think. We have a range of roles available to suit different strengths and career goals. These include Teaching Assistant positions, Cover Supervisor and Unqualified Teacher roles, Behaviour Support, Tutors, Admin support and more. You’ll work closely with a locally based consultant who has strong links with schools in the area and will take the time to understand what you’re looking for. Your role will include: Providing 1:1 emotional and wellbeing support for pupils Supporting children during moments of emotional overwhelm or challenge Encouraging positive routines, engagement and healthy coping strategies Working closely with class teachers and pastoral teams Helping pupils feel safe, confident and ready to learn throughout the school day This is a people-focused role where you’ll gain valuable classroom and pastoral experience, while making a genuine difference to pupils’ day-to-day school life.
