About the role
We're looking for a commercially focused sales leader to drive revenue and margin growth, develop and execute winning sales strategies and lead high-performing teams.
You'll build strong relationships with key accounts, identify new business opportunities, deliver accurate forecasting, and work closely with operations to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.

What we’re looking for in our Sales Manager:
• Proven sales management experience within the MRO, industrial distribution, engineering or related sector
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience managing and developing sales teams
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
