* Deliver one-to-one keyworking sessions, supporting clients throughout their recovery journey.
* Manage and maintain an appropriate caseload, ensuring high standards of care and support.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and partner agencies to deliver comprehensive recovery programmes.
* Educate clients on harm reduction strategies and promote recovery-focused approaches.
* Conduct regular reviews of client progress and adapt recovery plans where necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements. Requirements * DBS Certificate: Must hold a valid DBS on the Update Service.
* Substance Misuse Experience: Proven experience supporting individuals with drug and alcohol misuse issues.
* Caseload Management: Strong ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively.
* Specialist Knowledge: Good understanding of harm reduction principles and recovery models.
