Monarch Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a successful secondary school in South Warwickshire. This full-time role is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a supportive and forward-thinking department.

For the right candidate, there is a genuine opportunity for the position to become a permanent appointment following a successful fixed period of supply.

The Role

As an English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring English Language and Literature lessons.
• Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting pupils of varying abilities.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and implement effective intervention strategies where required.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages achievement.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and English department.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.

• Be able to motivate and inspire young people.
• Possess strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Be committed to raising standards and supporting every learner to achieve their potential.
