This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced proposal professional to contribute to the development of high-quality, bespoke proposals that support the advancement of innovative healthcare solutions around the globe.

This role can be based remotely or from one of our offices across the UK or Ireland, offering flexibility while providing the opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive global team. As a Senior Proposal Writer, you will play a key role in developing compelling client proposals, partnering with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders across the organisation to shape winning solutions for our customers.

This role is ideal for a proactive and motivated individual who enjoys both crafting exceptional written content and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse, and translate complex information into compelling client-facing proposals.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for proposal development.
• Writing and editing high-quality proposals tailored to client specifications and requirements.
• Leveraging internal resources to support proposal content and strategy.
• Managing multiple proposal projects simultaneously and adhering to strict deadlines.
• Ensuring proposals are compliant with internal standards.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to synthesize complex information.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
