Therapeutic Strategy Lead - Oncology - (Mandarin Speaker)

IQVIA seeks an Oncology Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop tailored delivery strategies during client pitches and bid cycles. The role bridges sales, medical, and operations teams to ensure competitive proposals and successful project execution across multiple European locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored delivery strategies for RFP and bid defense cycles
• Collaborate across sales, medical, and operations to create differentiated, feasible proposals
• Monitor therapeutic and operational landscape trends to maximize value-add opportunities
• Guide and mentor project leaders to confidently present strategies to clients and stakeholders
• Support sales in customer meetings, bid defenses, and team preparation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with director-level clinical research experience
• Extensive hands-on oncology drug development and operational delivery background
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulatory requirements
• Fluent Mandarin speaker with strong English written and verbal communication
• Prior CRO industry experience with proven business acumen and financial confidence
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software
