- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of FRA actions: scope, specification, programmes, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Manage and performance‑drive contractors and specialist consultants for safety, quality, cost, and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight to verify works meet standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance data , producing clear progress, risk, and financial reports.
- Work closely with residents, internal teams, and Fire & Rescue Services to plan and deliver works with minimal disruption.
- Champion continuous improvement in residential fire safety , building safety culture, and record‑keeping.
