We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Blackburn , working predominantly on the KP Machines within the Raw Side of the Manufacturing Site.
Full training will be provided; however, we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within a production environment.
Location: Blackburn
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Pay rate: £13.01 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate KP machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Complete production paperwork and machine documentation
- Perform basic machine checks and report faults when required
- Work as part of a team to achieve production targets
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed attitude
- Mechanically minded
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to learn production paperwork and machine documentation
- Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
- Machine operating experience is desirable but not essential
