In this fulfilling role, you will provide essential care and support, empowering our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Delivering compassionate personal care, assisting with daily routines like washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Managing incontinence care with dignity and respect.
• Providing medication support, ensuring adherence to individual care plans.
• Assisting with safe moving and handling, utilising specialised equipment like hoists.
• Offering vital companionship, helping with light domestic tasks, and fostering social engagement.
• Delivering sensitive end-of-life care, providing comfort and support.
