Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 4 months
Work Setup: Hybrid — 2 days per week in office, 3 days remote

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Data Management Specialist to lead and manage a team of technical resources delivering Alation Data Catalog and Profisee MDM solutions. The role will drive the end-to-end rollout, implementation, and adoption of Alation and/or Profisee across the organization, while overseeing platform configuration, integration, governance processes, and operational support.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of technical resources delivering Alation Data Catalog and Profisee MDM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end rollout, implementation, and adoption of Alation and/or Profisee across the organization.
• Oversee platform configuration, integration, governance processes, and operational support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, and delivery teams to define requirements and roadmap.
• Ensure successful delivery of metadata management, data cataloging, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
• Coordinate technical resources and delivery activities to support successful platform implementation and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bring proven experience leading tool rollouts involving Alation and/or Profisee.
• Demonstrate experience leading technical resources across data management initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong experience with Alation Data Catalog and/or Profisee MDM solutions.
• Apply experience across metadata management, data cataloging, master data management, and data quality.
• Apply strong understanding of platform configuration, integration, governance processes, and operational support.
• Demonstrate experience collaborating with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, and delivery teams.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery planning skills.
