In spirit, Mollie’s was born in America – an offspring of the classic roadside motel and drive-in diner, a welcome stopover on a route to somewhere. We’ve borrowed the inviting red neon signs and the easy-going vibe, the burgers, the shakes, the bottomless coffee, a dash of nostalgia, but there’s nothing old-school about Mollie’s. Expect innovative digital check-in, EV chargers, designer rooms with a fresh Soho House look and affordable prices. Following the success of its first sites in Oxfordshire and Bristol. Mollie's Manchester opened it's doors in late 2025. A further ten locations are already earmarked as part of the immediate expansion plan to forge a new ‘budget-luxe’ sector in the travel and leisure industry.

REQUIREMENTS

Working as part of the operations team, your role is to make sure that our customers have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact. As part of our front of house team, you are on the frontline of the business, providing the Mollie’s standard of service to our customers, you will be the very first point of contact and as such are pivotal in setting the tone for the outstanding levels of customer service that we deliver.

• Greeting guests on arrival and managing the seating plan
• Handling bookings (under 12), walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently
• Coordinating with the floor team to ensure smooth service
• Being the first point of contact for customer queries
• Maintaining a calm, professional presence during busy periods

• Confident, friendly, and approachable personality
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay organised under pressure
• Previous experience in hosting within hospo is required ideally
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
