Deputy Commercial Lead
Location: Borehamwood
- Support commercial strategy and execution
- Lead framework submissions and pricing strategy
- Provide leadership and coaching to commercial teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day commercial operations
- Ensure compliance and competitive positioning
- Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in commercial leadership within the UK healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in NHS frameworks and pricing models
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and governance requirements in healthcare.
