Academics is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a specialist therapeutic education provider in Milton Keynes for an experienced and passionate English Teacher. This unique setting places children and young people at the centre of everything they do, combining high-quality education with a therapeutic approach to support learners with additional needs.

The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging English lessons from Entry Level and Functional Skills through to KS3 and GCSE.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and achievement.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students through a patient and nurturing approach.
* Support learners with a range of needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and maximise progress.
* Contribute to curriculum development and wider school activities.

* Skilled at engaging students who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education.
