As a result, they are looking for a capable Senior Administrator who can take ownership of cases, support more complex assignments, and become a key part of the team as the practice continues to expand.This role would suit someone who enjoys technical case work but also wants to be involved in a more commercial, forward-thinking environment where they can work closely with experienced Managers, Senior Managers, and Insolvency Practitioners.The Role You will be responsible for progressing a varied caseload of corporate insolvency assignments, with a particular focus on delivering work to a high technical standard while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include:Handling a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and other formal insolvency appointmentsTaking responsibility for case progression from appointment through to closurePreparing reports, statutory documentation, creditor correspondence, and case updatesLiaising with directors, creditors, employees, HMRC, agents, solicitors, and other professional advisersAssisting with investigations, asset realisations, creditor claims, and distributionsMonitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirementsSupporting junior administrators and helping them develop their technical knowledgeWorking with senior colleagues on more complex restructuring and insolvency mattersWhy This Role Stands Out This is not just a standard case administration role.
