• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland. 
• Experience in real estate transactions or related areas such as development, leasing, investment or property litigation. 
• A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to deliver commercially sound advice. 
• Strong negotiation, drafting and client relationship skills. 
• Eager to contribute to high-profile property projects and play a role in shaping the built environment.
