The Best Connection are recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy manufacturing company based in Prudhoe. This role involves operating the FLT on the factory floor, supporting production, and waste disposal duties.

The Role:

Operating FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
Working on the factory floor, including use of baler machine
Disposing of waste and moving stock around site
Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
Adhering to site safety standards and procedures

The Candidate:

Minimum 1 year experience on FLT Counterbalance
Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
Flexible to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Hours and Pay:

4 on / 4 off shift pattern
12-hour shifts (days and nights included)
£14.40 per hour (PAYE)
