An established and highly regarded law firm in Exeter is expanding its successful Corporate & Commercial team and is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor, Corporate Commercial Lawyer, Senior Associate or Corporate Partner .
This is a newly created position driven by continued business growth rather than replacement, offering exposure to high-value corporate transactions, excellent career progression and genuine long-term prospects within one of Devon's leading commercial law practices.

The Role
Joining a growing Corporate & Commercial department, you'll advise a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors and fast-growing companies across Devon, the South West and beyond.
This is a varied role involving high-quality transactional and advisory work with plenty of client contact.

About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Qualified Solicitors (England & Wales)
- Chartered Legal Executives with relevant corporate law experience
- Corporate Lawyers with approximately 3+ years PQE
- Senior Associates ready for Partnership
- Existing Corporate Partners seeking a stronger platform
You will have solid experience advising businesses on corporate transactions and commercial matters and be looking for a firm that offers genuine progression without requiring an existing client following.
