School Administrator - Warwickshire - January 2026
A large, well-organised 11–18 secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a friendly, proactive and highly efficient School Administrator to join its busy Administration Team from January 2026 .
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors, providing warm, professional support and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day school operations. Working in a fast-paced office, you’ll assist with communication, data entry and general administration while supporting pastoral and curriculum teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls, emails and visitor enquiries
- Maintaining student records on SIMS/Arbor
- Providing administrative support to Heads of Year and department leads
- Preparing letters, reports and documents
- Supporting attendance processes, data collection and parent communications
- Helping coordinate events, meetings and student appointments
The School
This is a large, well-regarded school with a strong reputation for pastoral care and excellent behaviour. The admin office is busy but very supportive, with experienced colleagues who will offer training and guidance. The school values professionalism, teamwork and a warm, approachable manner.
