More Detail About the Role
This post is a substantive position based in the Eastern Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Team at Tiverton and Cullompton. The post will be based across Tiverton & District Hospital and Culm Valley Integrated Health Centre.

You will provide musculoskeletal assessment and treatment for a wide range of patients, referred from Primary Care GPs/First Contact Practitioners, Fracture clinic, Orthopaedic Surgery, Secondary Care Consultants, and other Healthcare Professionals.

This is a varied role which includes different exercise classes across the hospital sites and in local leisure centres.

Your Team
You will be supported by a team of experienced clinicians to help you reach your potential and you will be involved in mentoring Support Workers and undergraduate physiotherapy students.

We are a friendly and dynamic team, who are always striving to provide excellent care for our patients. We provide the opportunity to be part of special interest groups, where you will be able to work with other team members on project work, training sessions and also the potential to be involved in research trials.

Training and development opportunities are in high supply here, whether you are interested in clinical or leadership development courses we will support you in finding the best way to grow. We actively encourage CPD and you will have an opportunity to spend time with our range of specialists as part of your CPD.

Innovation is central to Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) at the Royal Devon. Teams are involved in supporting research trials and we are exploring different models for first appointments to best meet patient needs.

Working Pattern
This role is full-time (37.5hrs per week) Monday Friday. We have a flexible working policy that we are happy to discuss to establish suitable options for you and the department.
