Salary: Band G £26,114.55 - £27,713.40 per annum (FTE)

East Coast College is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Success Coach - Schools to lead engagement and transition activities across our feeder schools and wider community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in raising aspirations, supporting progression, and encouraging learners to take the next step in their educational journey.
