Voids Surveyor

Working hours: Full time - 36hours per week
Schedule type: Field based - some office attendance, subject to business needs

The Role

As part of our growing Property & Estate Services team, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the voids journey and help prepare homes for new residents quickly and to a high standard. You’ll enjoy a role with real variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop specialist expertise in void property management.
This is not a traditional surveying role—it’s about driving quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring homes are ready to welcome new residents, playing a vital role in supporting communities and improving the overall customer experience.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll be focused on preparing homes for new residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient turnaround. You will:
• Work across our portfolio to ensure properties are ready for re-let to a high standard
• Take ownership of void properties, supporting a smooth and efficient turnaround process
• Engage with internal teams and partners to keep progress on track
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication
• Use digital and smart systems to record activity and manage progress
• Manage your own workload and schedule, balancing multiple properties and priorities

This role is particularly well suited to individuals with experience in housing, property maintenance, construction, or other customer-focused, field-based environments who are looking to take the next step in their career.
