About the Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Plan and support engaging activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs.Encourage children's learning through both indoor and outdoor experiences.Observe, assess, and record children's progress.Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues.Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing.
