We are looking to recruit a compassionate and enthusiastic Deputy Service Manager.
If you have experience leading teams supporting autistic adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions. This could be an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking to recruit someone who has the following skills, experience and qualities:
A positive and encouraging attitude
Commitment to improving quality of life for autistic people
Experience supporting and leading staff teams
Experience working with external multidisciplinary teams and professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
