We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic, fast-paced restaurant at Poole Leisure Site. This is your chance to work with a fresh food menu , alongside a talented team, in a kitchen that values creativity and excellence.

Your Schedule
- Hours: 45 per week, 5 days out of 7
- Shifts: A mix of straight and split shifts
- Busy Days: 200+ covers - plenty of action and energy!
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
- Assisting with stock control and ordering when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for fresh, quality food
