Our company is looking for a Automation Project Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies;
- Defines, jointly with project manager, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
Requirements:
- Task focused with ability to deliver on time;
- CAD literate (desirable);
- Strong negotiation skills to gain support to drive success across the business through people (desirable);
- Extensive capital project management experience with a customer focus;
- Conversant with relevant legislation (eg, IEE 17th Edition, DSEAR, etc) (desirable);
- Experience of modern manufacturing practice (desirable);
- Knowledge of GAMP – Good Automation Manufacturing Practice. •Project management qualification and / or experience in high value projects desirable;
- Demonstrable control system and PLC design/specifications experience (desirable);
- Ability to deliver results on time and cost in a pressurised and trade union environment (desirable);
- MS Project proficient (desirable);
- Food processing and associated equipment knowledge;
- Collaborative approach, with ability to communicate at all levels;
- Up to 5 years Food & FMCG background;
- Engineering Degree or equivalent is desirable;
- Chartered status (desirable).
