Responsibilities:
- Delivering theoretical and practical classes;
- Successfully delivering varied aspects of BTEC / HNC Engineering programmes;
- Documentation of the learning process;
- Providing guidance and mentoring throughout the learning programme;
- Demonstrating expertise and professionalism, including during Ofsted inspections;
- Training and instructing on a range of electronics areas.
Requirements:
- A solid electronics background;
- Competent IT skills;
- Training / instructing experience is an advantage but not essential;
- Good communication skills.
